These terms describe the limited purpose of the Fantomid website and the boundaries that apply before a written client agreement exists.

The site presents Fantomid's corporate capabilities and current product status to business and professional audiences. It is not directed to children and does not offer consumer self-service purchasing.
By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with its security, availability or operation. Mandatory rights under applicable law are not restricted by these terms.
No engagement or offer
Website content, a fit request, a technical brief, an acknowledgement or a conversation does not create a client, fiduciary, advisory, employment, partnership or agency relationship. Fantomid is not obliged to accept, evaluate or respond to a request.
Services begin only under a written agreement signed by the relevant parties. That agreement, not this website, controls scope, fees, ownership, confidentiality, warranties, liability and dispute terms for an engagement.
Briefs and confidential information
A technical brief is an initial fit assessment, not a secure data room or a request for emergency response. Do not submit credentials, source code that you cannot lawfully disclose, regulated records, trade secrets requiring an NDA or information subject to third-party confidentiality restrictions.
Submitting information does not impose a confidentiality duty beyond duties required by law. If sensitive review is appropriate, confidentiality and access terms must be agreed in writing before the material is transferred.
Products and statements
QLAC is in active development and Riskora is in private preview. Those status descriptions do not promise availability, features, compatibility, pricing or a release date.
Architecture diagrams, service descriptions and technical observations are general information. They are not legal, tax, investment or security advice and must not replace an assessment of your actual system and obligations.
Acceptable use
Fantomid may restrict requests or access reasonably believed to threaten the site, providers or other people, and may preserve or disclose evidence where required by law.
Intellectual property and links
Fantomid retains rights in its names, marks, original copy, interfaces, graphics and other site material. You may view and make a reasonable internal copy for evaluating Fantomid; no other licence or right is granted by implication.
Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. External services and links are governed by their own terms, and reference to them does not imply endorsement or partnership.
Availability, warranties and liability
The site is provided as available for general information. To the extent permitted by law, Fantomid disclaims implied warranties concerning uninterrupted availability, completeness, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the extent permitted by law, Fantomid is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising solely from use of, inability to use or reliance on this website. Nothing excludes liability or remedies that applicable law does not permit Fantomid to exclude or limit.
Changes, severability and contact
Fantomid may change or withdraw website content and may update these terms prospectively by posting a new effective date. Material engagement terms cannot be changed through this page.
